My stay in Hong Kong was fantastic! The room was new, clean, spacious, and very comfy overall. The amenities like the hair dryer, kitchen with microwave and fridge, TVs, safe, washer, and 24-hour reception were impressive. The hotel offered snacks and drinks, making it very convenient. Although the location was quite far from the central area, being right next to West Lake, which is beautiful, made up for it. Service was top-notch and very helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay.
